Woke up and got ready and drove to the race, had a banana and a oatmeal breakfast cookie thingy.

Comments:

Good run, kept a pretty consistant pace and very happy with the time.
What would you do differently?:

Started out a little slower and then picked it up toward the end, felt myself slow down a bit on mile three.

Warm down:

Walked around a bit and waited for my sister to finish the race.

Event comments:

Very good race, well put on and great post race festivities. All funds went to Team in training so it was for a good cause too.
