Wow. What a crowded race. Parts of the course ran through some narrow streets. Ran in to pedestrian old ladies crossing the street.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. It was a fun experience running through downtown streets.

Warm down:

Walk back to workplace.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Crowd. Had to come to slow down to a walk a few times during the face as we funneled through narrow gaps.

Shoe laces came undone.
