Subject: Training Peaks/Eric Schwartz's Training Plans?
Any one use or recommend the training programs offered by Training Peaks/Eric Schwartz? I am looking at the beginner duathlon program 10k/30k/10K. If not any you recommend? I am training for a duathlon in Septempber. I am beginner or couch potato if you will.
