You can do ALL of the running in one block in the middle of the total minutes and split the remaining up before and after the run. Or do some thing like a run 8minutes, walk 2 minutes...or even starting out, run 4 minutes, walk 2minutes. It's individual though. Whatever feels good. You may want to initially go with a set of 'run/walk' like the 4minutes run to 2 minutes walk, repeat if your breathing is too labored or heart-rate is too high. |
