Subject: recovery, EZ and hard days-when?
I am a little confused between recovery, EZ and hard workouts.  I am doing the 16 week sprint swim focus program.  Every 4th week it tapers off.  Should the whole 4th week be at an ez pace?  It also has long and short workouts for each week.  Should the short ones be a relatively hard workout and the longer ones more on the ez side?

Keep them all easy on the 4rth week.  It will be an easy week on both volume and intensity.
