Just hit my inbox from Yahoo's Breaking News (no, I don't know why they consider it news...), but Paris gets to go back to court tomorrow to see if she is going to go back to jail or not.

I heard something earlier today that the sheriff's department may not have had the authority to convert her to house arrest in the first place.

Still, I think they were just desperate to get her out of their facility.
