Subject: RE: Help with "Actual vs. Planned"The way the AVP Calendar works is that the number reported is Actual-Planned=Number. If the number is bold red, it's 'negative'...so the main thing to look at is the weekly and monthly totals...you don't want a lot of negative 'bold red' as that is the planned training you didn't to. So for all the workouts NOT done, you see all the numbers bold negative red. If you exceeded the planned workout minutes or distance, it is regular postive numbers. Example: If you have a 50minute planned run and only did 45minutes it will show A-P=x...45-50=-5minutes = -5minutes in BOLD RED that you did not do. Let me know if this helps, if you can give me some exact month and days that will help as I couldn't easily find your examples if the above doesn't clear it up. |
