Comments: good ride, felt tired on the hills...must do more hill rides. I think I need to be shifting down a little faster, not when I absolutetly need to...when I wait to down or up shift I lose momentum. I glided down the hills in the second bike loop. AAARRRGGGHHHHHH!!! I could have been faster. What would you do differently?: Keep my cadence on ALL the downhills...better shifting. Transition 2

Comments: Had to take a walk break at each hydration station. slowed my pace. felt like I was running low on fuel. must look at taking a gel or 2 possibly before the start or on the bike. the last 2.5 I was just out for a jog!! What would you do differently?: Must fuel better. Post race
