Run
Comments: Chip Time was 1:20:48, 10 seconds faster than guntime. I stayed at exactly 6 min 08 seconds /mile until ~mile 10-11 where I eased back. I felt good with a mile to go so I opened my stride up and pushed it in. I am very pleased with the race especially considering last weekends 8K run, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run. My legs were sore before the race even started, and I am sure they will be worse in the morning. What would you do differently?: Nothing; unless I did not race last weekend. Post race
Warm down: Light jog and strectch; put on sweats immediately due to cool temperature/wind. What limited your ability to perform faster: My sore legs (from last weekend). Event comments: Great Race. No complaints, everything was awesome. Splits every mile, aid/water stations every mile, chip split @ halfway point, results posted on internet almost immediately, post race giveaways were good, I'll be back.
