Email notifications

You do have some threads that you have subscribed to, go to your control panel and hit 'unsubscribe from threads'

I do know that you have by defualt to NOT receive notifications, did you manually toggle the notifications for these?

Have you ever set it up in your training control panel to receive email notifications of workouts?

After I go to "Unsubscribe from threads" do I check everything that is not checked and submit?

As far as the toggle switch.  It was on the default but I switched it over to "no" thinking it was what was sending the emails.  I assume now that it is for just normal BT emails not the thread notifications.

Yes, toggle them all and delete them...probably left around from the default, which is to send email notifications.  I think you can hit the 'delete' link at the top of the list to select them all.  When it was on the default setting, you DID get emails notifications right?

Keep the setting to 'No'...in the regular control panel if you don't want them sent.

The training log one should be purely for planned workouts only.  Although I did noticed something odd when I turned on the training plan emailer...

I would get the BT newsletter but not the thread notifications. 

What was the odd thing in the training?

Whenever I post in a thread I start getting th email notifications. 

I believe I am unsubscribed.  For some reason this just started last night.  Now after I post I manually have to go unsubscibe and delete that thread.  Where as before the mass unsubscribe worked fine until last night. 

What is going on?
