Subject: Looking for an ITU Long Distance Race
Was wonder if anyone knew of any ITU long distance races (3km / 80km / 20km)? Anything in Europe would logistically a little easier. Cheers.

Just re-searched the ITU web site (duh!) and found Subic Bay Philippines (5 Aug 07) and World Championships in 30 Aug '08 (holland). Guess ITU distance is not as popular as the HIM. Kind of a bummer as I like the longer swim and shorter bike.

Yup I think it is a sweet distance but not popular here in the US because it would require people to actually become a good swimmer in order to do good and god forbid it because we all know it is all about who can ride the bike faster
