Anyone doing this or has previously done this I signed up for it due to the un-expected miss of the tri I supposed to do last weekend. It is in Lake Geneva

Did the Sprint race last year and the swim portion of an Olympic relay the year before.  Nice race and great setting.  The run is a trail (groomed) through the park.  One loop of for the sprint and two for the Oly.

Have fun with it and look forward to the race report.

Would have loved to do it this year, just not fitting into the family schedule.

I am doing this race. It is my favorite. I love the swim. It has always been along side of the shoreline rather than an out and back. You usually swim in water 12-15 feet deep and can see plenty of fish. The ride is decent. Just a few rolling hills. The run is on a trail which is 99% shaded. There is new organization running the show this year so I hope they don't make to many changes.

I didn't race it last year. I was out all last year due to a shoulder injury. I raced it in 04 and 05. I did alright for me. Because of what I have learned over the last few years I hope to really do well this Sunday. And if I don't I learn from that and move on.
