Comments: Great run up to mile 19 - didn't hydrate properly and hit the wall after 19 miles. Arms, legs, face and groin caked in salty mixture. MUST drink at EVERY water stop - pace dramatically suffers if you don't . . . 9:08 overall pace up to mile 19 -> 9:45 pace overall for complete race What would you do differently?: HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE!!! Post race
