Subject: Kudos to Ergomo! I had bought an Ergomo power meter for my bike last September, and lately it had been doing very poorly in the battery life department. I'd fully charge it and it would be almost totally run down after 4 hours or so. It's supposed to last around 30 hours. I contacted Gita Sports in North Carolina and they said to send it in for battery replacement, since it's not something that the user can do him/herself. I mailed it to them on Wednesday. By Friday afternoon, 48 hours later, I got an email from them saying it was fixed and on its way back via UPS. No charge. Damn good service if you ask me! |
