Passed two, was passed by two. Hung onto the second one and drafted the last 200 yards. Worked out okay.

Seed myself up a little higher in the phased swim start.

Last year at this race I forgot to take my helmet off (1st tri ever)... I ran with it on...

This year I brought a hat to remind myself.

Just could not get my legs to pull.
What would you do differently?:

Work on speed. Big event this year was a half ironman. Spent 5 months trying to go slow, and then 2 weeks trying to get myself faster.

Maybe something a bit bigger than a dixie cup at the aid stations...

Overall a great little local race... Intersections extremely well policed.
