Both are opened but in great condition. $80 free shipping. Payment via paypal.

These 2 titles got me to the finish line this past Sunday. They complement each other well. The Swim Smooth DVD has additional instructions for triathlon swimming which I found very informative. I got as much out of them as I could and it is now time to join a Masters swimming program.
