Subject: Power training seminars with Hunter Allen - VA Beach, VA
I'm working with my local club to hoost a weekend of power training seminars for cyclists and triathletes.  Hunter Allen will be the presenter and we'll have something for every level of rider from introductory to advanced.  If you use a power meter on the bike or are interested in learning more about training and racing with power you should definitely consider these seminars.  Seminars will be held in Virginia Beach, VA on Oct 20-21.  Details and registration are available on BikeReg.com.

For anyone interest in learning about training with a power meter and learning the details about cycling peaks wko+ this seminar is pretty cool! I went to Allen's seminar here in Boston and it was well worth.

Hunter is awesome.  I took the 2 day clinic for USA Cycling coaches out at the Olympic Training Center last winter.  A PM can be an extremely powerful tool but too many people just use them as expensive bike computers.  It takes some education to really unlock the magic.
