Rough hill in the middle.
What would you do differently?:

Start a little further up. It was very congested and that slowed me down the first mile or so.

Warm down:

walk around and drink water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

- Lack of training
- Lack of aggressive pacing (I probably could have gone up the hills a little faster)
