Swim
What would you do differently?: Better sighting for navigation. Start a little slower and go faster as the swim goes. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: Move a little quicker. I had the routine down, but moved too slow. Bike
What would you do differently?: Not drink so much at the start of the ride. Stay on the aero bars longer. Transition 2
Comments: I sucked... I sat down and took forever to change. What would you do differently?: I'd wear socks for the bike so I didn't have to put them on in T2. I'd get the bungy laces for my shoes. I'd pull my feet out of my shoes before the T. Run

Lots of pacing and worrying...a couple attempts not to puke, followed by a quick 1/2 mile jog to try and settle my nerves.
