Pre-race routine:

Lots of pacing and worrying...a couple attempts not to puke, followed by a quick 1/2 mile jog to try and settle my nerves.

What would you do differently?:

Better sighting for navigation. Start a little slower and go faster as the swim goes.

I sucked... I sat down and took forever to change.
What would you do differently?:

I'd wear socks for the bike so I didn't have to put them on in T2. I'd get the bungy laces for my shoes. I'd pull my feet out of my shoes before the T.
