Subject: Recovery section in training logs Hi Ron I wondered if a section could be developed for recovery strategy logging. Recovery is probably as important as the actual exercise, and to be able to review in conjunction with the log data as to what worked and what didn't would be helpful. I suppose I could put it in the general comments field but I think it undervalues the importance of good recovery strategies and would be a prompt to the beginning triathlete to pay attention to it. Things like ice baths/packs, alternate heat and cold, massage, chiro, anti-inflamms, fluid loss assessment/replacement, stretching, physio etc are all strategies to prevent injuries rather than treat.
