This has been the worst winter for training. Here in Northeren IL, we have had record snow fall and way too many very cold days. When the temp dips into the teens, I have a lot of trouble getting out for a run much less a ride. I have a crazy freind who rode his bike to work every day this winter (He only lives two miles) even those days in the negative teens. LET SPRING COME SOON! |

I don't use sunscreen since I tan easily, but even I ended up with a mild sunburn. |
