felt good, and fast, had to count my own laps, I followed the guy next to me after 300 yards
What would you do differently?:

have some one there to count for me
Transition 1
  • 55m

felt fast, was out of the pool and ran down the mat, had towel in the pool area and one on the ground wiped feet and then sliped shoes on the was out really quick. the cool thing that happen was I was a lap behind and smoked him out of the T1, and did not see the 19year old till the race was over.
What would you do differently?:

nothing felt really good
  • 52m
  • 16 miles
  • 18.46 mile/hr

felt OK, just couldn't get it going up the first few hills, coming back felt good and fast, It didn't help when I made the turn I the guy I beat out of the pool by 5 min. was almost up to me.
What would you do differently?:

My heart was screaming and slowed down the first part which was the hills, I think I should of got on it hard for the first few hills and let the heart rate come down on the return trip
Transition 2
  • 00m

felt fast forgot to hit my watch to get the right times for T2, and end the bike time and beginning of the run, but felt really good and was in and out.
What would you do differently?:

  • 28m
  • 3.11 miles
  • 09m  min/mile

was slow but steady, felt good, except for the right knee, still wish I can push it alittle harder
What would you do differently?:

get new shoes
Post race
Warm down:

good, amount of water and a banna or two, and some oranges

I need to push it over my Heart rate for such a race like this.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knee on the run

Event comments:

liked how many gifts out as prizes, did not win but they gave out alot of cool stuff.
