felt fast, was out of the pool and ran down the mat, had towel in the pool area and one on the ground wiped feet and then sliped shoes on the was out really quick. the cool thing that happen was I was a lap behind and smoked him out of the T1, and did not see the 19year old till the race was over.

Comments:

felt OK, just couldn't get it going up the first few hills, coming back felt good and fast, It didn't help when I made the turn I the guy I beat out of the pool by 5 min. was almost up to me.
What would you do differently?:

My heart was screaming and slowed down the first part which was the hills, I think I should of got on it hard for the first few hills and let the heart rate come down on the return trip

Post race
Warm down:

good, amount of water and a banna or two, and some oranges

I need to push it over my Heart rate for such a race like this.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knee on the run

Event comments:

liked how many gifts out as prizes, did not win but they gave out alot of cool stuff.
