Oh my goodness that was a tough course. If it wasn't so darn beautiful I might not do it again next year. Proud of myself for not getting off my bike on those dastardly hills.

Walk around. Eat some grub. Bundle up in my sweatshirt and jacket.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was too warm on my run. Should have taken off legs after bike.
