ok guys, here's my offer....

I am up at 4AM on Tuesdays & Thursdays (and NOT during my spring break!) and by 6:30 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you want to PM me your phone #, I will call at 4 or 6:30. ALL TIMES ARE EASTERN!! LOL If I can get my husband out of bed at 4AM I can get ANYONE up! And you don't have to look at me!

Mike, my family wants to know how you know me so well already!

Wake up? is there somthing you could do to make me go to sleep?  lol. I dont usually get to bed by 8am even on my days off! i cant wait for my gym to open up! the new one will be open 24/7 then i can train till i drop! i am still not quite awake! but heading to the gym now for a little iron pumping. will be back to log all my info!  that is the best part. lol.. come back home and log it and sit and look at what you have done! boy.. i need to get out more! Jack. ;-)
