In which lane on a track is exactly one revolution equal to exactly 400meters? is it lane 4? i live in Korea and nothing seems to be marked the same as back home in the states and i want to make sure i recalibrate correctly. thanks for the help.

Pretty sure lane 1 is 400m, and all of the other lanes are longer.

Most tracks are 400m (or 440y) in lane 1.  Here's a fun calculator to play with for distances in other lanes--probably more detail than you'd ever really need.

thanks guys. for some reason that major detail is omitted in the manual for the model i have(although i found it in an online manual for a more expensive model). i guess you get what you pay for.?
