Nice race. I haven't done a 10K in a while so going to a race with just a race number is funny. I didn't have the pre race jitters like I do with the tris. My knee felt pretty good while running but I just felt tired. At mile 5.5 I wanted to walk. My knee really started hurting after the race. I didn't set a PR but I'm happy with my time.

Hi there

I did a google search to find the photos for this as I did the race too, although I live in England - I was out in Austin visiting my in-laws.

Great race - lots of fun!

Good luck with your Tri's I have 4 next year.
