Pre-race routine:

Not much, had quick hotel breakfast with the family, got to event site, signed up, and just hung out with family before the start.
Event warmup:

Ran about a quarter mile with TBear.

Comments:

I had bronchitis, and probably should not have ran today - I was pretty slow, even for me. It was fun though, and I would do it again.
What would you do differently?:

Watch pre-race nutrition, and treat it as a real race - I had food in my stomach and that caused a bit of cramping.

Did the 3k race walk.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Bronchitis & my pre-race nutrition choices. I probably should not have ran this due to my health.

Event comments:

Lots of fun, lots of awards, great volunteers. I don't think I could have planned a more fun Saturday AM.
