bike clinic

I recently attended a bicycling clinc here in the 'Burgh. The featured speakers were Kevin Livingston & Chan McRae! a(long with a couple of MD's & excersize physiologists). A lot of the info was pretty technical, in terms of training. It was pretty cool to meet Kevin & Chann...I got a chance to speak with each of them about my own goals, etc.
