Subject: Endurox
An excellent after race or after hard workout powder to break down lactic acid. It really helps take away the feeling of sore muscles and stiffness. Works better then anything I have ever tried and I highly reccomend it to anyone

I have always been a Gatorade man, just because that is what I have always had.  I read a lot of people talking about Endurox and others.  I think I am going to give it a try.  How is the taste?  Cost? Where can you purchase?

performancebike.com has the Endurox and the Accelerade on sale. You just have to order enough so that the shipping cost is offset by the sale price. For me it made sense because the local nutrution stores around me all charge full price.

I drink Accelerade during the event. The Endurox is for afterwards and helps recovery. It has carbs and protein, whereas the Gatorade doesn't. It tastes ok, but I usually add some oj for better flavor.

Hi!
I'm araid it might be too late, but my favorite taste is definitely ORANGE, and fruit punch is the second choice. I would avoid lemon lime.
