Comments: Needed a bit more conditioning. Using training shoes instead of 5K shoes may have been a better choice. But overall it was a pretty good day. What would you do differently?: Get 1 or 2 more long runs in prior to race day. Post race

Easy stretching after getting waking up. Pasta and gatorade about an hour and a half before the race.
About 5 minutes of easy stretching and jogging.
