Pre-race routine:

Easy stretching after getting waking up. Pasta and gatorade about an hour and a half before the race.
Event warmup:

About 5 minutes of easy stretching and jogging.

Needed a bit more conditioning. Using training shoes instead of 5K shoes may have been a better choice. But overall it was a pretty good day.
What would you do differently?:

Get 1 or 2 more long runs in prior to race day.

Easy stretching and jogging; approximately 5 minutes worth.

The first 10K in approximately 46. The last 4 miles were a bit of a stretch on a conditioning basis, with the pace drifting higher and the 11th mile being the slowest.
Course: The first 5 miles is a series of rolling hills and one long incline. The next 4 to 5 miles is down hill, and the last 3 to 4 miles are flat.
