Hmm that's a little disturbing.

I like to listen to podcasts, I find they make the time go by quicker than just music.

I don't run or bike with music, except for some tunes on the occasional trainer ride. Then, it's just whatever CD is closest (I don't have an iPod or MP3 player or anything), so it could be anything from a mix CD of party music, to all Beatles or something. Most of my CDs are classic rock, so it's usually of that genre.

I find that a great part of almost every runnig mix includes at least a couple of songs by

Moby

(or his alter-ego - Voodoo Child)

in fact, I even have a couple of mixes of nothing but Moby...

I like old school rap. 2Pac, BIG, Quad City DJ's...east coast and west coast. BUT, I agree techno gets you through it all.  They have some great 80's remix stuff turned techno.  Has anyone heard Duran Duran's new CD?
