I set 3 goals:
1. To learn to swim (accomplished )
2. Some ridiculous number of push-ups/sit-ups (failed miserably )
3. 5 Pull-ups (I can do 4 - I'll keep after it )
I've kept running, coaxing my family to join in little-by-little.
I'm looking forward to February - I start my training plan Feb 18th. The high school swim season is done soon, so I can swim in the mornings. Although I do have to buy a new pair of goggles since I left mine somewhere last week...
How does February look for everyone??
