The last seven days I stepped it up (for me) and worked out everyday and compiled the follwoing totals: 4 swims for 4900 yards (including my 1st and 2nd ever 1000 continuous free) 4 trainer rides for 35.57 "miles" 2 runs for 4.13 (first outside run since early Jan) Now to the bad, not sure if it was due to increased workouts , but my left achelis is pretty tender and sore. Seemed to tighten up after my 3.13 run on Sunday. |
