Member  81  taswegia |  Subject: Queries?Hey Everyone! just from reading Threads here and there I noticed that quite a lot of you guys mention that you use to play Rugby at one stage or another. i also noticed that you most of you guys are over the US So I quite supprised that you guys played rugby. Or is Rugby something Diff over there When I mention rugby I mean Rugby Union. I pretty sure we mean the same thing, I just didn't realise it was that popular over there. Unlike here in Australia its a right of passage to of played Rugby once in your life. Unless your Victorian then its Aussie Rules Football (But we wont talk about them) Just Joking AFL rocks too. Veteran 219 Manchester, Connecticut | Subject: RE: Queries? I played rugby while I was in the USAF When I was staioned in the US and while I was stationed in England. I really liked playing in both places, it was just a different style of play, but the same game. |

Master 2033 | Subject: RE: Queries? I started playing while I was in the service as well and then for a couple of years afterwards for the Tacoma Nomads and the Kitsap Rugby Football Club... There is allot of rugby (Union) if you know where to find it. |

Master 1391 | Subject: RE: Queries? When I was an exchange student in South Africa, I was told that I had to play, there was no question about it. After my year abroad, I went to college and played all four years and than a few years after graduation. I had to hang my cleats up due to too many injuries but I still miss the game. I was mainly a prop, but did play a little lock. |
