Serfas Rx Saddle, Women's. It's a split saddle so alleviates pressure on the sensitive parts, but is still fairly narrow and won't cause thigh chafing (and I've got some thighs!). It's padded and comfy enough that I'm fine even on 2-hour rides without bike shorts (probably longer but I haven't tried!)

Best of all, it's about 1/2 the price of the Terry saddles.

Switched to the Specialized Jett after being miserable on a Terry Butterfly (yes, I know everyone else loves it!) for over a year. I love that you can be "fit" to the appropriate width by sitting on the gel measuring device - highly recommended!
