  • Comments: I'm just glad it wasn't as hot on Sunday (race day) as it was on Saturday. Otherwise, I would have turned into a pretzel by the time I crossed the finish line. Great job by the support/production crew keeping the bike course well-marked and open.

  • Comments: Being this is the last scheduled triathlon race for the year, I will sum it all up, This year kicked ass. Three age group first place finishes, one second place and seventh at VineMan. I won the age group points championship with USA productions which got me a cool $200.00 bucks and at this point I'm ranked 61st in the nation with All American Honers.

  • Comments: This race was incredibly well organized. There were so many helpful volunteers, and an aid station on every mile of the run course. My favorite was the 'informational cheerleader' at transition; he was there for the whole race, and even after the finish, yelling out stuff like: Drink your water now (in first transition), don't forget to fuel, you're right where you need to be, and after the end of the race: don't forget to keep drinking your water...I mean it was basic stuff, but it was for over 5 hours this guy was just helping out, yelling out helpful stuff. I don't know, it was just kind of nice! This race was truly made by the volunteers.

  • Comments: Good race, though I should have got directions to the park. Ended up parking at the fish hatchery parking which was a long walk to the event. Had we had directions to the park we would have just paid to enter the park.

  • Comments: USA Production did a great job with the race. The only problem they had was with the timing for the bike section. However, it was pretty easy to figure out what time I came in at.

  • Comments: The race date was changed two months before the race, there was absolutely no notification, I just happened to notice when I confirmed my registration, way not cool. The day I picked up my race packet they informed me that this was no longer a USAT approve race, if you needed three races to have a ranking, that would have been my third, at least that was my intention, they seemed to care less!

  • Comments: Good race, a little expensive. Great food, tons of volunteers and tons of aid stations. Would definitely do it again. Blows the Rancho Seco Tri's out of the water.
