  • Comments: prior to the race i heard bad things about the race organizers, but they did a really good job. The bike and run courses were not the best i have raced on but not even close the the worst.

  • Comments: This is a fun local race that I couldn't resist doing. It certainly wasn't in the best interest of my IM training but it was well worth it. Saw lots of friends and had a fantastic time. On fresh legs this was my race to win. Maybe next year. :)

  • Comments: 3 Disciplines organized this race. The past few races that I've done with them have gone well. I'll probable always do this race because it's so close to home.

  • Comments: Overall OK - nothing great - They cut way back on the amenities - no goodie bag at PPU - no finishing towels - and run course was marginal for the Oly. I had fun though.

  • Comments: Well organized race. Thought they should have had more lifeguards out on the water. I counted only 3 and they did not seem to thrilled to be there. The bike course was well marked and the volunteers helped stop traffic, etc. The run course was also well marked.

  • Comments: 3D did a good job. We waited for a few slower people to finish before the awards ceremony. Who am I to complain though? I stuck around to watch everyone win their awards. Did I mention that I PR'd my run!

  • Comments: It was okay. I won't race this venue again though. The water was horrible. It wasn't the organizer's fault though. The previous year, I was at the saem lake and water was fine. Just a big algae crop this year.

  • Comments: Decent event overall, but with no aid stations on the bike, that had to hurt some folks. I learned after my last sprint to bring my own water for the bike, which worked well. Not much for food afterwards, besides sandwiches, some watermelon and cookies. I'll do this race in the future. It's at a good location and decent course.
