Comments: This was a very enjoyable course. The profile provided great variety for my legs. Trees along parts of the course provided more shade opportunities than I expected. I've never participated in a foot race with a wave start. I am used to corral starting based on time, but sending off the crowd in smaller waves with a minute between waves was really nice. This definitely opened up the course. Wave starts are good! Parking was a bit of an issue for those who did not arrive early. The volunteers tried hard, and there were plenty of them throughout the event. However, the parking logistics will probably always be an issue as everyone descends on the Zoo at the same time. Note to self, arrive early for this just as you would for the A-10. (We had a 10 minuter race hold, I don't know the reason, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't an effort to let more folks get parked and lined up.) Comments: This is a great race - very well organized. Had a 10 minute delay in start due to traffic - not a big deal. New start location is MUCH better and wave start is improving - probably need to allow more space for the different waves and pace groups so people can get to their proper places. Plenty of porta pots so lines were not bad. I didn't realize the new race start was so far away from the old start and walked a good 1.5 mile from my car. Good thing I left my car at 6:30am or I would have been really rushed to get to the starting line in time. Hated the long walk BACK to my car....I was sooo sore. Did some yoga stretching next to the car before I headed home. Once again, B'more 10 Miler put on a great race with tons of Baltimore Police lining the race course and lots of folks cheering us on - especially at the end!!!

Comments: Really disappointed in the sizing of the race premium. Since I signed up early, I ordered a womans small - only to find out that later that the premium was UNISEX sizing, which means I need an XS. Could not change. There were a LOT of unhappy women. Most of the men who needed to size down were okay. Would have given this race a 5, but with the price of admission - they need to get the premium right - or be willing to reorder and exchange for proper sizing!

Comments: Really like this race. They give out great swag. My only complaint this year is that they didn't have any refreshments (besides beer) after leaving the finish shoot. In the past two years they have had so thing to drink once you leave the corral. This year they didn't and were hurrying people out of the finish corral so I got outside and was looking for a drink. Ended up asking someone who was still inside to hand me water over the fence. Small complaint, I know.

Comments: Well run race. Only down side are the hills but what can you do, it's Baltimore after all. Jacket they gave out for a race premium was awesome.

Comments: Good race had plenty of volunteers. The post race couldn't tell you much about since I was wet and just wanted to get out of there.

Comments: Drinks stations were not set up well. Also no split clocks and the mile markers are very poor, need some color ones

Comments: Loved the jacket. Loved the community support & the volunteers ~ in the rain and everything. I think this will be a repeat.
