  • Comments: My very first race. I'm totally hooked and will train hardcore now. Now that I've been through it, I can train more appropriately.

  • Comments: eventpower li puts on a great race...I have done several of there races and feel they are very organized and have there act together...I would definately do this race again and others in there schedule

  • Comments: Distance were shorter then the advertised 500m/20k/5k s/b/r. Post race had lots of food and drinks. Put up times almost immediately. Didn't get to stay for awards so I had a friend who did the race pick up my 2nd place plaque.

  • Comments: Event Power put on a very good race. I had a great time and it was great that the race was in my town and very close to home. I am looking forward to doing this one again next year. I just wish the race was actually a 500m swim, 20K bike and a 5K run!

  • Comments: Eventpower LI puts on the best races around here - bar none. They have the best volunteers and an enthusiastic and dedicated race director. Do three or four races - or volunteer for one - and people remember you.

  • Comments: in the swim it seemed as if people were not hitting the last buoy?? Which i couldnt see and had to ask one of the officals out on the course.

  • Comments: I thoroughly enjoyed this race-the volunteers were great-very cheerful and encouraging. Fellow racers were very friendly!The course suited me as a beginner and 1st ever tri.

  • Comments: Well organized at a nice location. It's a barrier beach with the bay on one side and the Ocean on the other. After the race, went over to the beach for a little while, got a hot dog and a couple of beers.

  • Comments: Great race, a lot of fun. My first race so the short swim, flat bike and run were a perfect combo leading up to my first Olympic in a month
