  • Comments: Pretty disappointing day, but I'm glad I finished. I'm most disappointed because I didn't get to battle with Nate. I think he still would have won the race, but I could have at least made it interesting. Nonetheless, congrats to NEMS for getting 2nd in the team competition and Nate for taking the win!

  • Comments: Nice way to cap of the multisport season. Now on to the NYC marathon in 6 weeks. I'm really looking forward to two weeks of absolutely nothing after NYC. Because I did Beach2Battleship in October, then went right into Boston training, I never had an off season this past year. I think my body will thank me for taking a bit of time off!

  • Comments: The race was late due to an accident on Rte 16, nothing you can do about that. But there really weren't enough volunteers. I loved the course - but would like more direction. The post race food was amazing. Loved that. The awards took forever with the whole team thing to calculate and then the tri and duo awards. That seemed a little disorganized. Overall I thought it was a great race - I loved the hometown feel and really enjoyed it.

  • Comments: This was a small race, so I know it was hard to find volunteers, but they were sorely need on parts of the run course. The post race food was catered by a local restaurant, and excellent. Overall a fun race.

  • Comments: Overall it was a great race. Post race meal was outstanding. Well run and a nice setting. Only real complaint was only having 2 port-a-potties. Not the cleanest either.

  • Comments: It was awesome to win a race! That is the first time I've ever done that. I really didn't see that coming, especially at this race as it was the NH Club Championships so I figured there would be stiff competition. I had a good day and was really honored to win. NEMS ended up getting 3rd in the club rankings. This is pretty darn good considering we only ended up getting 9 people to race. It was also really cool to score a $150 gift card to Pearl Izumi for winning the race. I wasn't expecting that. Since the nearest outlet was only about 20 minutes away, I went up there and used it right after the race which was nice. That was a fun race and I will definitely be back next year. However, NEMS will have more members attend the race next year!

  • Comments: Timing screwed up! I know I place ahead more overall, as I was already at finish line cheering on people in my wave who they had placed ahead of me! Wrong
