  • Comments: one of the best races out there and for good reason. My Bolderboulder pr, which surprised me after doing IronHorse 2 days earlier, Overall a great weekend of racing, off to a good start fo the summer and feel like I am on track for Imogene and the Denver Marathon.

  • Comments: If this were higher on the priority list, I think I would have been more rested and the intense desire to put myself in a place to dig and PR by much more. Beyond that I'm ok with the result. I'm getting faster and I know that when the race is important I will be ready to push deep!

  • Comments: While Dave was waiting for me to finish, he and Jake got to meet Crissy Wellington. LUCKY!!! She even signed his little snack bag. Needless to say, I am very jealous!

  • Comments: My first Bolder Boulder was in 1985 when i was 24-years old. Proud to say that I beat that time today although not close to my PR. I have run this race probably at least a dozen times over the years and have enjoyed every one of these races. They do a great job getting 50,000 runner's off and running on time with accurate results. This is a fun race!

  • Comments: It's the BolderBoulder. Surely this is the best 10k race in the country. I don't see how one could be better.
