  • Comments: This was a well organized and well run event. I thought that they had great food at the end (evrything from pizza to bagels, to fig newtons, and a wide assortment of drinks, including water, gaterade, and sodas. I particularly liked the variety for post-race. As for the race itself, I thought it was great and the organizers and volunteers were very friendly and informed. I will do this race again, and will probably going to another race these guys put on later in the summer.

  • Comments: This was a great experience all around. The race was well organized, the courses were well marked and there were great volunteers. I really enjoyed the Girl Scout troops and there energy as they cheered everyone on.

  • Comments: This is a pretty nice local race. This was my 2nd year to do it and will definitely come back again. Well organized and supported. Would reccomend it for sure.

  • Comments: Very well organized race and well-thought out courses. All of the volunteers were helpful. Each course was well marked and easy to track. I'll be back next year!

  • Comments: Lots of good people at this race. It's very well organized and just a great course. I do wish the distances were longer, though. Zack and Catherine were very sweet throughout the day. They took pictures and cheered us on the whole time! They never once complained about how long we stayed out there, or about helping to tear down transition before we left. They were a big help today!

  • Comments: The guys at Out Loud put on a great race. I did the Iron Star Half-iron distance race last October and it was equally well-run.

  • Comments: I thought this was a good triathlon. I was shooting for 1:15:00, and finished 3 minutes under that. If anything I would like to do my next triathlon with someone I know, or have someone present as a spectator. Driving to Houston, running the triathlon and then coming back alone kinda sucked.

  • Comments: Race was great. It was well organized and everything ran on time. The racks were pretty close together in transition and I imagine the middle of the pack (bigger group) had a harder time getting through easily without running into each other. A finishers something (towel, medal, whatever) would have been nice but is not necessary. I will do this race again for sure.

  • Comments: This RD (he also does the IronStar) always put on a good race and everything is well organized. Plenty of food and drink, and a great venue, but it lacked the post-race music that creates the party atmosphere. But that's just me being a little picky.

  • Comments: This director has a reputation for putting on a good race. I volunteered at the Ironstar HIM run by them last year and everything is always first class. I'll be back here next year.

  • Comments: I really like this race, I did it last year and enjoyed it today too. My time last year was 1hr 30 mins, this year 1hr 15 mins!!!! Yes a 15 min difference!!!! Maybe all this training is paying off!!!!
