  • Comments: Even though there were not a lot of first timers, it was a good race to start in. Easy courses and a with-the-tide swim to make you feel fast! (Note the swim times include a 400 yd waddle/dash over a dock, through a parking lot, across the main road and winding through the T zone).

  • Comments: The volunteers were great and everything was organized from what I could tell. Instructions were clear and locations were well marked. I would have liked some mile markers on the bike though.

  • Comments: We had about 90 people from our tri club doing this race so it is always one of my favorites, the weather was perfect for racing and we had a lot of podium finishers.

  • Comments: The bike and run courses were not marked at all with mile markers, and the swim had only a couple of buoys, so it was hard to tell where I was along the way. It was a good race overall, but not worth the 7.5 hour drive, except for going with Reno and seeing Rebecca.

  • Comments: I love this race! The point to point swim and the flat bike and run, plus knowing my way around is nice. The bike is a bit rough and the crowd cuts both ways. Some times its great, adding energy, sometimes its just an unmanageable crowd.

  • Comments: Woohoo for the Dashin' Diva's (that's our team name). We got second place out of 15 female relay teams! We were VERY happy! We had gotten second last year as well so next year...watch out...the Diva's will be back!!

  • Comments: Organizers missed a huge opportunity to include more sponsors at the end. There are 1,300 participants and about as many spectators with nothing to do following the race!
