[ron] I will fire one off, how did 'Chi Running' develop in the first place?

[ChiRunning] I was an ultra runner, still am and working on efficiency in my running form when I went to my first tai chi class. Nothing has been the same since. That was about 10 years ago.

[ChiRunning] It taught me an incredible amount about body alignment and relaxation. two of the most important things to know if you're looking to get really efficient in any method of movement.


[Comet]  I am getting ready to start a ChiRunning book. I don't know if you address this, but I'm a heel striker and don't lean forward enough (says a ChiRunning coach). [.....]
