Looks like I may be in for the 10 miler. Now that I am not doing Geneva....I should be good to run well by mid June so I will have to look into it.

Anyone interested in doing a training run on the 4 mile course sometime this week or early next week?

-weekday mornings (5-6:30) are good for me

-Saturday AM after OWS

-Sunday AM

I run 9:00 min pace, could probably go a litter a faster and wouldn't mind going slower either.

HELP !

Need some advice, for whatever reason , my left hammy is tight and my right thigh is sore (like a bruise sore) and both get stiff really quick when I'm in my office chair.

I was schedule to run today , but did a walk instead not wanting to make things worse.

Best course of treatment with the run happening on Saturday ?

Will Do!

Goal is 34:00

I did record a 34:11 during training and hoping for a little extra on race day.
