I know for some of you this probably isn't much, but I did a 3k pool swim tonight in just over an hour and five minutes.

I have been recovering from 3 leg fractures on my left leg, so been doing quite a bit of swimming.

 

Just had to shout it out a little..

Congrats man!!

I've had some nasty leg issues to so I know what it's like to spend a lot of time in the pool!! Too many people don't spend enough there!!
