Comments: PR. 13 minutes better than last year. Hope to knock out the Philly Half (November) in about 2 hours. What would you do differently?: Either were boxer briefs under my running shorts or use Bodyglide because I must have sounded like a cricket out there on the course my legs were rubbing together so much. oww. Post race
Warm down: Grabbed some Cytomax, a bagel and a bannana and found a spot on the ground by the Nutrilite tent and stretched a little. What limited your ability to perform faster: Leg chafing. Lose more weight. 10 lbs of weight loss should shave about 1 minute off of my 5K (2 seconds per pound - per mile). 50 pounds? my 26 minute 5K time goes down to 21 minutes.
