Swim
Comments: Did okay for the first 200, but then had to do alternating lengths of back and free. What would you do differently?: Warm up more Transition 1
Comments: Hmmm... not so great in that I first put my bra on backwards and inside out. Second try ended up being just inside out, so I called that good enough. Rest of getting changed was uneventful. What would you do differently?: Getting clothes on in the right direction would help Bike
Comments: Beat my goal by nearly 3 miles Transition 2
Run
Comments: Missed goal of 10 laps by 0.75 laps, but this is the fastest mile I've ever run! What would you do differently?: Nothing! Post race
Warm down: Did another 10 minutes on a spin bike and then ran/walked for another 20 minutes What limited your ability to perform faster: Training and weight Event comments: Good race with lots of door prizes and volunteers. Took a really long time (1+ hr) to post the results, but I won my age group so I'm super stoked!! Last updated: 2015-02-28 12:00 AM

Pre-race meeting took too long, couldn't get into the poor until 5 minutes before race beginning.
Hardly any, pool occupied until 5 minutes before the race began. Needed about another 5 minutes in the pool
