Subject: Tri Shoes and Pedals Size 9
I recently sold my Tribike as I am doing more Xterra events now so this stuff has to go.

Bont Sub 10 shoes - decent condition, some wear and tear as would be expected in a few races and use on the trainer. Good drainage and very stiff. I cant read the size in them anymore but I wear a size 9 shoe. Cleats are worn and should probably be replaced. 1 screw missing on outer rear heal pad.

Look Keo Easy Pedals. - good shape threads arent stripped.

$80 + Shipping. I can also meet in Barrie or North Toronto

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.

I started riding this spring with the Carnac shoes on Look pedals (with plenty of float). About five minutes into a ride I get sharp pain on the outer edge of my feet, just behind the pedal.
