 Comments: Due to cold really couldn't drink water because it made me cough badly, so got a sip here and there. Not a big deal because it was so cold, wet and windy. What would you do differently?: Was a solid race for conditions, cold, fitness and post race last week. ![]() Post race 
                                        Warm down: Get dry drive home 100 miles. What limited your ability to perform faster: As stated above. Event comments: Race was well organized, on time, no calories at aide stations, aid stations only every 3 miles, post race food minimal, no real festivities after race. Hide from rain in car for 2 hours, then jog to race starting line.
